I find resources for efforts to tackle some of our country and the world's most entrenched injustices. I've worked with more than 150 foundations, corporations, governments, multinationals, and individuals at every stage of social change - from ideas to concepts, from partnerships to proposals, from implementation to evaluation to communication of impact. My background in program design, implementation and evaluation further helps me translate ideas into resources.

I never forget who is at the center of all the work I do - people who, for many reasons and in many ways, don't get to the enjoy the rights, dignity, and liberation that is their birthright. And I'm working to hold myself and those I work with accountable to ensuring that the systems, structures, and norms we uphold become less harmful and more equitable.
